752 Tracker/752 DisplayFEATURES 752 Tracker: Capable of tracking bore depths from 0.75 feet to 100 feet (2.0 cm - 30 m), the Subsite 752 Tracker delivers three primary methods of operation: walkover beacon tracking, remote guidance and line locating. KEY FEATURES: -Power: *Operates on six C-cell batteries. -Productivity and Performance: *For walkover tracking, the 752 Tracker uses fore/aft and left/right indicators as well as signal strength to aid in tracking the beacon during the bore. *In remote steering operations, the 752 Tracker is mounted on a support stand at a target location. The tracker continuously calculates and displays the beacon's distance from the tracker and monitors any left or right deviation from the bore path, enabling the operator to make immediate corrections. *Equipped with nine communication channels for better communication protocol in tougher transmission/reception environments. *Frequency settings of 8 kHz and 60 Hz or 50 Hz passive power assist in identifying the location of buried electrical, television, and telephone cable, steel gas and water pipe, and plastic pipe with tracer wire. *Equipped with an optional radio unit, the 752 Tracker can transmit complete tracking information to the Susbite 752 Display unit, which reports important downhole tool information to the operator. *The 752 Display unit stores up to 10 jobs. The jobs can later be downloaded into the Trac Management System Plus for producing as-drilled maps. Downloaded jobs can also be merged with bore plans for comparison. -Reliability: *Designed and built for rugged, long-term use. *Durable weather-resistant Xenoy plastice (commonly used in automobile housings) housing protects components and provides increased durability from fading, cracking, and outer impact. *Beacon signals can be received from depths approaching 100 feet (30m) with the use of a Subsite deep beacon. -Operator Efficiency: *The 752 Tracker is 31.5 inches long (80 cm) and weighs only 5.5 pounds (2.5 kg) for better handling and comfort while tracking. *LCD clearly displays beacon information, including pitch, roll, depth, temperature, and battery status. Beacon temperature warnings are enhanced with audible alerts and F and C display. *LCD is backlit for drilling in low light conditions. *A 12-segment clock face indicates the roll angle of the tool face. The pitch angle of the tool face is displayed using both up/down arrows and numerical percentages.
